Creamy Cilantro-Lime Salad Dressing
- ½ cup of cilantro leaves.
- ½ cup of non-fat plain, greek yogurt. (Or sour cream if you are on the BC food-guide)
- 2 Tbsp. of fresh key-lime juice.
- 1 garlic clove.
- ¼ cup. Of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 ½ tsp. white wine vinegar.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend all the ingredients until consistency looks creamy
- Adjust ingredients if needed.
