Fresh, Green Salsa
- 1 pound tomatillo, husked, washed, and cut in halves
- ½ small, white onion
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 jalapeño or serrano chile pepper, seeded (or more if wanted spicier)
- 5 sprigs cilantro, washed.
- Salt to taste
Blend all the ingredients and go!
